pop country music

so one of my co-workers is on a country music kick(she has about 1/month, and they last about 2-3 days) and it has brought to my attention just how bad country music that gets played on the radio sucks. after a lunchtime of "have you forgotten" and "it's what i do" and shania fucking twain, i'm about ready to puke. and what is up with people playing "have you forgotten" when they talk about the war in iraq? iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. but hey, i guess if you appeal to the patriotic side of id10t's they will blindly follow you anywhere. maybe we should tell people that if we got universal health care it would stop bin laden. at least then we would be using their sheepness for good instead of evil.

speaking of evil, it has gone on it's yearly month long vacation to texas, to the western white house. what a fucking joke. i wish i could take every august off, especially if i didn't really work that hard the rest of the year. "i don't even have to come into the office for this job, i can do this job from home."

oh, if we can get enough people(10) discoelvis is going to go to the savage sevens tournament in september. this is a tournament where the 7 people who start the game have to finish the game, no subs except for injuries. games are to 7 points, and the 10 person roster means that some people will have to play 3 games in a row. should be fun.
